Embrace It – it’s worth investing in a piece or two for that special occasion

Some outfits just need it no matter what size we are and some don’t. It doesn’t have to be uncomfortable. The right fitting shapewear will give you a nice smooth silhouette that allows the flow of your outfit to hang well, no clinging or causing a line that’s not there!

Buying the right size is important and they all vary too. Buying a smaller size to seem smaller doesn’t work, apart from being uncomfortable it will roll down and move causing a line that you are actually trying to avoid.

There are lots of different types and it does depend on your outfit and the fabric – it really is worth bringing your outfit with you if you can

When you’re working out the last thing you want are your breasts bouncing! You will really know and appreciate the support and comfort of a good fitting sports bra.

We can recall days when we meet ladies in the fitting room so uncomfortable and disappointed in her bra, then we fit her in the right bra for her….the sheer astonishment, elation and immediate confidence boost – its joy and reminds us why we love what we do and the importance of a bra fitting.

We are happy to offer a home fitting service to ladies that might be in a nursing home or restricted mobility, just drop us a note in the booking section or phone us directly on 01 2808 641

The first bra fitting experience is really important too, getting it right from the beginning! What we love at Florence’s is seeing Mum’s bring their daughters in for the first fitting, their mum’s had brought them in and the tradition continues from one generation to the next and all through the different stages and needs.

Make it a day out!

Pregnancy & Nursing Bras

As soon as your current bras start feeling uncomfortable it’s time for a fitting for a maternity bra to accommodate your changing breasts. Being fitted and wearing the correct size will offer you comfort and support for you breasts and back during you pregnancy.

For Nursing bras we recommend a fitting around 3 weeks before your due date.
